T&MI : Tutorat & Mentorat International
In continuation of its mission dedicated to supporting and enhancing the continuous improvement of educational services in Quebec, and as a testament to its unwavering commitment to the excellence of educational opportunities for multicultural communities, the QBBE (Quebec Board of Black Educators) is partnering with BBLN-CA to establish an online and in-person platform for tutoring secondary school students and mentoring international students in North America.
We advocate for an approach that involves pairing each learner with a qualified tutor/mentor carefully selected based on academic needs and the learner’s personality. This professional will be responsible for guiding and assisting the learner in academic success and integration through a determined number of in-person and remote sessions. Additionally, the learner will have the opportunity to contact the tutor outside of these periods for any additional assistance, be it for academic concerns or other needs.
